I get asked a lot about Shakeology and how it compares to other shakes that are much cheaper in price.  The truth is, yes, other shakes are cheaper.  Other shakes; however, do not have what Shakeology has.  So I ask, would you rather spend the money to get something that you know is good for you? My Story:
My skin was always dry and I felt like I was always breaking out. Shakeology has changed that for me. (Excluding having to deal with Winter weather. lol)  I also didn't believe that it would help reduce my cravings. I mean, chocolate is my WEAKNESS!!!  I was shocked that my chocolate shake help reduce my cravings and I had more energy then before!

Painful bloating happened on a regular bases to the point I was always uncomfortable no matter what I did. Along side healthy eating and drinking Shakeology this started to reduce to the point, where I didn't have anymore painful bloating. WOW, RIGHT?

Before I started with shakeology I wasn't using any other company shakes and it was a really long time since I made my own shakes at home. I wasn't sure about what the product would do for me or what to expect but I decided to give it a try.
